We may combine this information about you with the existing information we have about you for our product development and digital marketing activities.

We automatically collect all content download from our website. This is required for the purpose of tracking the product fulfilment. We will use the personal data to contact you for resolving queries raised by you about our product (s), your purchase (s) and any other general request for contact requested by you.

Under the GDPR and depending on the processing activity, the lawful bases for this processing may be for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, our legitimate interest in providing services to your company or employer, or legal obligation.

  • To promote Valcreat brand, products, initiatives and values with marketing communications


Under the GDPR the lawful basis for this processing are Valcreat’ legitimate interests in promoting its brand, products, initiatives and values, or consent, where requested and obtained.

Transferring EEA Data Subject information outside the EU/EEA for GDPR

We may transfer the personal data we collect about you to one of more countries outside the EU/EEA, including India, in order to perform one of the activities listed above (see “How we will use information about you”). Where there isn’t an adequate decision by the European Commission in respect of those countries – meaning that these are not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data – we have put in place the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data will be secure. These measures include Data Transfer Agreements based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.   • Right to opt-out: This enables you to opt-out of the sale of your personal data by a business to other third parties. As Valcreat does not sell your personal data under any circumstances, this right does not apply to your personal data with Valcreat.

What we may need from you

If you exercise one of the above rights, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and that you are entitled to make such a request. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data if –

  1. We are required by law or legal process to do so;
  2. To law enforcement authorities or government officials;
  3. To enforce our terms of use;
  4. To protect our copyrights and intellectual property;
  5. To prevent fraud against Valcreat Industry X.0;

In addition, we may disclose or transfer your personal data in an event of our company’s re-organization, merger, sale, joint venture, fund raising or transfer of intellectual property rights of products to any third party.

Payment

We use Razorpay and Paypal for processing payments. We/ Razorpay/ Paypal do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit/ debit card information by our website and its service providers.

Third Party Services

Our website may be viewed and transactions conducted on our website anywhere in the world.
